PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME

Sample sets are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS. There are no shipping guarantees, even with expedited shipping, delays are out of our control.

All other chip orders, including out of stock denominations, semi-custom, and custom orders are printed as ordered and take approximately 2-3 weeks for production prior to shipment. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the US (mail, UPS or Fedex), and 6-10 business days to international addresses (mail or UPS).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT TAXES OR FEES CHARGED UPON DELIVERY. These fees vary by location & we do not know what each individual country's fees are.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted if returned unused, in original packaging with return shipping within 3 days of delivery. On return items, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping charges for all returned items are also the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued until returned item has been received. Customized orders are not refundable. Refunds take up to 2 weeks to process.
