Refund policy

Returns will only be accepted on stock items. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and be shipped within 3 days of order delivery. On return items, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Shipping charges for all returned items are also the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued until returned item has been received. Custom orders are not refundable. Samples and prototypes are available for all custom orders to ensure product meets your needs.

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process (refund processing time varies by bank).
