Sample sets are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS. We do our best to keep sample sets as well as Tiki, Dia de los Muertos, and Nevada Jacks chips in stock as these are our most popular designs. However, please email us if you have a date that you need your items by so that we can make sure everything you need can be delivered on time. Otherwise, there are no shipping guarantees. The red banner at the top of the website has the most current shipping information.
All other chip designs, out of stock denominations, semi-custom, and custom orders are printed as ordered and take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for production prior to being ready to ship. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the US, and 6-10 business days to international addresses.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT TAXES OR FEES CHARGED UPON DELIVERY. These fees vary by location & we do not know what each individual country's fees are. You would need to check with the shipping carrier for import fee information.
